Our practice

Methodist Cardiology Clinic of San Antonio is the largest cardiology practice in the San Antonio area, and has been providing superior, patient-centered services to patients since 1984. Throughout the metropolitan area, we provide a wide array of care in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In addition to the size and depth of expertise at our practice, our relationship with the Methodist Healthcare system allows us to provide best in class care for all cardiac and vascular needs.

Our team

Our experienced team is made up of more than 50 cardiologists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants to meet every need of our patients. Our team includes general invasive and non-invasive cardiologists, interventional and structural heart cardiologists, peripheral vascular interventionalists, adult congenital and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiologists, and clinical cardiac electrophysiologists. But our team doesn’t stop with us -- it includes the patient and referring providers. Working as a team, we customize each patient’s treatment program to their needs and situation, including a combination of inpatient and outpatient services.

Our patients-first philosophy

At Methodist Cardiology Clinic of San Antonio, we have built programs to better serve our patients and give them immediate access to our world-class providers. We were the first cardiology practice in San Antonio to implement a cardio-hospitalist program, resulting in improving communication and reduced delays in having patients seen at the hospital for a serious episode. And we created a Same Day Clinic, where patients presenting with any cardiac symptoms will be seen by one of our providers.
